Shopping Basics

The delivery time frames provided are for reference only, and there is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time due to various factors that can affect transit times. These factors include shipping location, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of your parcels, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur.

We offer two payment methods for our customers.

We suggest  payment option is through PayPal, where you will be directed to the PayPal payment page during checkout. You can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

The Second method is through VISA and MASTER CARD payment, where we do not collect any of your credit/debit card details or personal information during the payment process. If you have any questions regarding the transaction on our website, please contact your card-issuing bank for assistance.

Payments

Some products may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your location.

Shipping & Returns

Please submit a request for a personal refund. Once we have reviewed your request, we will confirm with you as soon as possible.
